This time, on Better TV, part of Fitness Magazine’s “YOU CAN DO IT!” challenge which inspires readers to lose weight and get fit! Throughout January, Jennifer will be highlighting and demonstrating the workouts of the program with it’s creator, trainer Joe Masiello as the correspondent for Fitness Magazine. Every Friday, she will be bringing the popular articles and cutting edge workouts from Fitness Magazine to life with video on Better TV.
